THE RULE IS SIMPLE.
Create 1 character during the event period from the character creation screen.
Additional event characters cannot be created even if you delete your initial event character.
So, choose carefully!
Once the event character has been created,
they will receive rewards for every level up milestone they reach doing the chain quest!

and not the normal Flames of Judgement – Demonic Weapon.

To unlock this event, players must exchange the final reward in Intensifying Power of Demonic Energy.

Get 2000 Points of Power of Soul
Exchange 2000 Points of Power of Soul and the [Ariel] Flames of Judgement – Demonic Weapon
to get a +9 [Ariel] Vestige of Soul – Weapon of Requiem.
Once you have the +9 [Ariel] Vestige of Soul – Weapon of Requiem you will then receive your final reward, which is:
