This new system allows players to change the color of costume hair pieces
to a different one other than the original color!
Every, new costume hair pieces released after 12/21 can be dyed.
Existing hair pieces will also be updated so players can dye them!
Hair Shop UI will be accessed through the Life tab at the bottom-right corner.
