[RESOLVED] Minor Bug Fix

Dear Players, Please know that there has been an additional patch to apply fix for the following issue without any server downtime needed:

• – Fixed an issue where the target of the skill cooldown decrease was incorrectly displayed within Noah 3rd path Serene Sea skill description.
