GIFTING GUIDE


Found something in the Item Mall that your friends might like? Buy it as a gift to send straight to them! The Gifting feature is available to eligible users. You can send a variety of items to other players as long as you qualify. Read below to check out how to use this Item Mall function.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR GIFTING

To qualify, your monthly credit limit or prepaid card usage must meet certain criteria. Most Gift buttons you see in the Item Mall would become active or clickable if stipulations are met.
 
 

WHAT CAN I GIFT?

Any item that is available for Gifting will have the Gift button under the main item options available to press. Certain items are not possible to gift due to the items’ functionality and limitations. In general, items that may be purchased directly as gifts are costumes, accessories, pets, mounts, and most of the items under the usable tab.
 
 

TO WHOM CAN I SEND GIFTS?

You can send gifts to other players as long as you know their in-game name/character nickname. Simply type the in-game name of that player’s character in the Recipient’s Name field or click the dropdown button under it to choose the name from your Friends List.
 


 
CAN I REFUND OR REVERSE A GIFT THAT I SENT TO ANOTHER PLAYER?

Gifts sent cannot be refunded or reversed. We will not be held responsible for gifts sent to players who are not their intended recipients, e.g. due to a spelling error in the other player’s in-game name you submitted. Please be sure to double-check the intended recipient’s name before gifting.
